1 Introduction

1 1 This End User License Agreement governs the use of any digital product, software, online tool, or content provided by ARVIO MEDIA LTD through its official website arviomedialtd.com or any associated web platform

1 2 By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any software, system, or digital service provided by the company, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the software or related services

4 Ownership and Intellectual Property

4 2 Trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and visual elements displayed on arviomedialtd.com are owned or licensed by ARVIO MEDIA LTD and may not be used without prior written consent

4 3 Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights in the software or systems beyond the limited license explicitly set out herein

5 Use of Online Services

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Indemnity

11 Disclaimer

11 2 ARVIO MEDIA LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of its website or products, and temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or network issues

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12 1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

12 2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

13 Entire Agreement

13 1 This EULA represents the entire understanding between you and ARVIO MEDIA LTD concerning the use of software and digital services provided through arviomedialtd.com and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements

13 2 Any modification of this Agreement must be made in writing and published on arviomedialtd.com to be legally valid
